Step 1

Complete the below Information as well as the Order form so that we may provide you with the State Dept letter that you need to upload when completing the visa application online.

Step 2

Visa Requirements

• After you completed the online application, you will receive an email from the Embassy once the visa application is pre-approved. Please print and submit it together with all the documents.

• Original, signed United States Diplomatic or Official passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity, after completion of stay in Tajikistan, and contain at least two blank visa pages

• NOTE: when filling out the application
  • Step 1: For item: Applicant: please choose Legal Entity (Diplomatic Passport only)
  • Step 2: Organization Code: 958437762 (put these numbers)
• Fully completed and signed ONLINE Application form – https://www.visa.gov.tj/index.html 
• **Application must be pre-approved
• Passport-type photographs: 2
• Passport must be signed
• Title and purpose required
• Visa valid – EXACT TRAVEL DATE ON APPLICATION
• Must include name and title of person replacing for PCS
• Submit two (2) copies passport data page
• Must complete traveler information
