Tourist and Business Visa Requirements

• Original, signed United States passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity, after completion of stay and contain at least two blank visa page

• 1 Fully completed and signed visa application

• Passport-type photographs: 2

• Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary, or letter of confirmation from travel agent

• A letter indicating the reason for the visit or invitation addressed to him by the Iraqi side

Embassy fee:
$ 50 charges for obtaining the standard entry feature (single attribute).
$ 50 Access fee. Visit (Single Feature).
$ 40 for tourist access.
$ 150 Multiple Access Entry Fee for one year
