Visa Requirements

• Original, signed United States Diplomatic or Official passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity, after completion of stay in Mozambique, and contain at least one blank visa page
• 1 Fully completed and signed Application form
• Passport-type photographs: 2 (paperclip) 
• Visa valid 1 year-M/E; 30 days duration of stay
• Visa forms may be copied
• State Memo
• Make 3 copies of letter (State Letter- we request and provide)
• Always put address on the visa application form. 
• Visa is issued from the date of arrival. 
• For any minor travelers, parents must provide a “NOTARIZED” letter of consent stating that they are authorizing the minors to travel.
• Copy of birth certificate.

For dependents Foreign Passports:

• Need a copy of police report from current residence.
• Subject for consular fee – $220
• Once they get in the country – they can process the residency permit.
