Visa Requirements

• Original, signed United States Diplomatic or Official passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity, after completion of stay in Iraq, and contain at least one blank visa page
• 2 Fully completed and signed Application forms
• Passport-type photographs: 2
• Application Must be typed
• Copy of Bio-Page **COLOR**
• Please put on the Purpose of trip travelers the duration of stay in Iraq (ex. 1 month) and **Requesting for 1-year multiple entry** 
• Visa application form must be typed, not handwritten.

** Minimum Processing Time 4 weeks** Depends on the approval from Ministry of Foreign Affairs
