Visa Requirements

• Original, signed United States Diplomatic or Official passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity, after completion of stay in Democratic Republic of Congo, and contain at least two blank visa pages
•  2 Fully completed and signed Application forms 
• Passport-type photographs: 1 passport sized – must be taken in the last 6 mos.(DO NOT STAPLE)
• Submit immunization record showing yellow fever vaccination
• Copy of passport bio page
• State department letter – we provide 
• Flight Itinerary
• Visa application for children under the age of 10 must include a copy of the child’s birth certificate and a copy of both parents’ passport
