Visa Requirements

• Original, signed United States Diplomatic or Official passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity
• 2 fully completed (All application must be typed), print and signed with original wet signature visa application
• Passport-type photographs: 1 (Must Signed in the Back of photo)
• Photos must be glued
• Visa 3mos/ M/E

– Copy of Yellow Fever Certificate

– Copy of Flight Itinerary

• Copy of Passport Bio Page

• State department letter – we provide

Additional Requirements for minor dependents:

• Visa applications for minors under 18 years traveling alone or with only one parent/legal guardians should be accompanied by:
  • A notarized letter jointly signed by parents or legal guardians approving the minor to travel.
  • Copy of the Birth Certificate
