Visa Requirements

• Original, signed United States Diplomatic or Official passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity, after completion of stay in Georgia, and contain at least one blank visa page
• 1 Fully completed and signed Application form (to be filled out ONLINE)

• Diplomatic title and Incumbent’s name – for requesting a State Dept letter
• Copy of Birth Certificate for Minor Dependents
