For Diplomatic passport, please submit the following:
For Diplomatic passport, you need to submit-
- Completed Classified VPS Order Form
- Completed Diplomatic passport Information Sheet – Sponsor’s information
- Copy of Travel Orders listing your dependent/s authorized to travel or OF-126 – Foreign Residency and Dependency Report signed by an approved AID/OHR – (newborn dependent only).
(Email to us the above completed forms, so that we may provide the Agency Memo authorizing the diplomatic passport request).
For minor dependents:
- Original Birth Certificate or Certified copy
- Completed but not signed DS 11
- 2 Passport photos – Photo requirements – https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/requirements/photos.html
- Signed Agency Memo – (we provide based on the information provided on the diplomatic passport information Sheet)
- copy of OF-126 or Travel Orders listing dependent/s.
Passport applications for children under age 16, who have or have not had a passport in the past, must be submitted in person at a passport agency or authorized passport application acceptance facility. The child must be present. Both parents and guardians should appear with the child.
They have to go through a special process to confirm that your minor dependent/s may go through the process of applying for the diplomatic passport
If you’re going to the US Postal Office, you need to instruct the Post Office Passport Acceptance Officer to seal the application/s in an envelope, enclose a copy of the Agency Memo and to give it back to you for Agency processing (“Hand Carry”). Attach on the outside of the sealed envelope a copy of the Agency Memo.
